Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Data and Intelligence Partner to work in partnership across the Workforce Transformation and EDI Teams to deliver a collaborative digital strategy for Workforce Information. Supporting data delivery across the HR & OD Directorate, and wider Trust. Ensuring that EDI metrics are woven through workforce reporting, championing the use and analysis of this data to inform decision making and support strategic development.
Main duties of the job
The post will partner withcolleagues in Business Intelligence (BI); Human Resources (HR); Nursing and Quality (NQ), Quality Improvement (QI) and Service User and Carer Engagement and lead on the production of a range of equality related monitoring reports.
They will lead the development of data dashboards and visualisations which will include equality metrics to help prioritise activity and monitor performance against our Advancing Equity and Inclusion Strategy.
The role will sit in the Workforce Transformation team, with a dotted line to the Head of EDI to ensure the approach, themes and priorities are aligned to the Trust Advancing Equalities and InclusionStrategy.
They will be based at our Prestwich site with some travel to external meetings required. We are open to a hybrid working model and happy to discuss a range of flexible working options.
