This role plays a key part in setting up our new people for success with a seamless onboarding experience.

Main duties of the job

You will be the subject matter expert in developing innovative recruitment strategies and embedding our employee value proposition to attract top talent whilst consistently delivering a positive recruitment experience to our customers.

Relishing a challenge, this is an opportunity to work in a fast paced environment where you will drive compliance through a data driven lens using key performance indicators and production of weekly and monthly reporting to evaluate our user experience. As an individual you will possess a strong ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to create the conditions for successful partnership working.

To succeed you will have significant experience in leading a customer focused recruitment service including developing and changing working practices. You'll have in-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation with expertise in recruitment best practice. Additionally, you will have a high level of analytical skills and the ability to think and plan strategically, tactically and creatively whilst adjusting plans and resource requirements accordingly.
