Working with the Education and Training Team you will facilitate training for new starters, coordinate training for Foundation Trainee Pharmacists, Junior/Foundation Pharmacists and support organising educational opportunities for pharmacy staff and other healthcare professionals. You will also maintain your clinical skills by contributing directly to the core pharmacy service including ward and dispensary cover.

The position requires multi-disciplinary team working so you must have good communication, interpersonal, organisational and time-management skills. You must be enthusiastic and passionate about providing good quality patient focused care, alongside a passion for nurturing talent and supporting the development of others.

We welcome interest from GPhC registered pharmacists with hospital experience or with a proven track record in education and training. You must hold or be near completion of a postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy to Diploma level. Prior experience of working in education and training is not essential; however an interest in training and development of others is crucial.
