We are looking to appoint Staff Nurses in District Nursing Service

The post holder will take responsibility for the effective assessment, planning and delivery of skilled nursing care to patients in their own homes or other settings as appropriate under the direction of the caseload manager.

Although the post holder has access to advice he/she is expected to work largely unsupervised. In addition, the post-holder is expected to supervise junior staff, Assistant Practitioner and Health Care Assistants including student nurses on placement.
