BTHFT are looking to recruit 2 Estates and Facilities Administrative Assistants to join the Estates & Facilities Business Management Team. The post holders will be responsible for the provision of an efficient and effective administrative service for the Estates and Facilities Directorate.
Hours will be Monday to Friday and will include some 7.30am starts & some 4pm finishes (to cover the core hours of the E&F Helpdesk).
Main duties of the job
The post holders will be expected to work as part of a team supporting successful delivery of the E&F Helpdesk services for the Trust.

- Experienced in general office administration duties
- Experience of working in a team
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- Experience of working to deadlines and keeping systems up to date
- Use of Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook
- Experience of providing administrative support to meetings, including minute taking
- Understands the limits and scope of the job role and the need to only do tasks they have been trained to do. Knows when to escalate when a situation is beyond their scope of practice.
