Job summary

Temporary Staffing Resourcing Officer - Full time 37.5 hours a week

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in the Resourcing Department for a Staff Bank Resourcing Officer to support our professional, fast paced Temporary Staffing Team with the recruitment of a temporary workforce to support the work and safe staffing of the Trust.

The role will require you to provide a comprehensive customer focused service to the Trust, promoting the use of Healthroster Bank, maintaining records in a timely and accurate manner, while providing administrative support to the wider Temporary Staffing team.

This is an admin based role and you will be responsible for helping the smooth running of the Temporary Resourcing department.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be pro-active, tenacious with a strong drive to succeed and have excellent communication skills. They will work together with the Trusts recruiting managers, building relationships, in order to gain a better understanding of their staffing temporary recruitment needs and requirements. They will also have a proven track record of managing demanding workloads with positive outcomes.

Successful applicants should have previous HR administrative experience with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word, Outlook and Excel. GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths are essential for this role. Experience/Understanding of NHS Employers standards and regulation of employment checks would also be desirable for the role.

The service is open Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. You will be expected to work a team based shift pattern within these hours to ensure adequate service provision. These hours will be a mix of 8am to 4pm and 9am to 5pm.
