We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join our Planning & Reporting Team, where you will play a key role in developing financial reports and reporting tools, supporting colleagues across the organisation and contributing to effective decision-making and service delivery.
You will need to have excellent analytical experience, good MS Excel, Access and Power BI skills, together with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation and work to tight deadlines.

Main duties of the job
This post provides support to the Trust's Business Planning and Reporting cycle, working with the Planning & Reporting Manager. The post has responsibility for maintaining financial reporting tools in order to provide accurate information enabling budget managers to effectively and efficiently manage their budgets. It also supports development of these financial tools.
The post additionally provides support to the wider Financial Management section through the Month End process and through completion of ad-hoc projects. Finally, it co-ordinates and completes responses to Freedom of Information requests of a financial nature.
