Job summary

The Staff Nurse provides high-quality, person-centred nursing care to adults experiencing acute mental health difficulties within an inpatient setting. The role involves assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating care, managing risk, administering medication, and supporting service users throughout their recovery journey. Staff Nurses work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective and compassionate care. We are are seeking applicants to join us for a 6 month period offering annualised hours.

Main duties of the job

To provide compassionate, recovery-focused nursing care to adults within an acute mental health inpatient ward, undertaking assessment, care planning, risk management, medication administration and multidisciplinary working to support service users' safety, treatment and recovery.
