Community Mental Health Nurse

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to recruit a suitably qualified Band 5 nurse to our innovative Psychosis Team. We welcome applications from both experienced and newly qualified staff.

The Psychosis Team is inclusive of The Psychosis Pathway, Assertive Outreach, At Risk Mental State, Early Intervention in Psychosis. This role will be based in the psychosis pathway. We can offer a friendly and supportive multi disciplinary environment in which to develop through regular training opportunities, regular individual and group supervision and a supportive team ethos.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5 (some flexibility required) and excluding bank holidays. Due to the large geographical area of North Lincs, it is essential that applicants are able to efficiently and effectively move around the area to deliver the interventions in a timely manner.

Main duties of the job

To deliver high quality clinical work, to people experiencing serious mental health problems, working within an integrated multi-disciplinary team.

To develop and maintain, close and professional working relationships with colleagues in the team and across other statutory and voluntary agencies.
