Job summary
Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) are looking for a self-motivated, organised, and proactive individual to join the team in the role of Personal Assistant to the two Heads of CAMHS.
The role would suit someone with experience in personal assistant or senior administrative roles, who is used to working in a dynamic and energetic service. Experience in a health and or social care environment and a commitment to working to improve care and support for children and young people would be of benefit. A positive and flexible approach is essential in this role.The post holder will be expected to liaise and communicate effectively with all levels of staff within the service and the wider Trust
Berkshire Healthcare operates services for Children, Families and all age pathways across the whole of Berkshire. Services are operationally managed in 2 Portfolios:
Children's, Family and Neurodiversity Services (CFAN) and CAMHS, BEDS and LD Services.
This post works to provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Service for CAMHS Access, Advice and Getting Help Services and the Head of Service for CAMHS Getting More Help, Targeted and Risk Support Services.
Main duties of the job

Assist Heads of Service in the organisation of their electronic calendars, appointments, correspondence, and office administration

Monitor processes and prioritise all incoming communication (physical and electronic), distributing correspondence for action, drafting responses, process checking and follow through
