Applications are invited for an ST1 position in Ophthalmology.
This LAS ST1 (F3) post has been created to support the OPHTHALMOLOGY team. It will be most suited to a trainee who is working towards an Ophthalmic specialty training post and also needs more overall Ophthalmology experience before applying for a research position.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day care of patients in the Ophthalmology Department as required with adequate supervision.
You will attend daily clinics and treatment sessions as required.
This post will principally be to support the department but also provide the necessary training.
The person will be responsible for continuous care of patients with appropriate handover.
