BAND 3Administrator
Permanent Contract.
37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm) with an hour for lunch, working on site at Mile End Hospital.
The Band 3 Administrator will be required to work within the Foot Health Department at Mile End Hospital, London E1 4DG.
The successful candidate will support with the Foot Health Service administrative requirements going forward. Hoping you can join to be a part of our diverse and friendly hard working team.
This role requires the right candidate to begin their day registering service users onto EMIS attending our Foot Health Emergency Clinic for treatment.
Main duties of the job
You will need exceptional telephone skills. You will be the first point of contact for our patients. In addition to other administrative tasks, this role also involves booking appointments, being on telephone duties and taking messages using the C-Talk telephone system and forwarding the messages to the clinicians via departmental email.
About us
Footwear processing & monitoring will be required as well as office procurement. You will need to be proficient in use of EMIS; Oracle; Microsoft Word and Excel and have accurate data entry skills. Training on our systems is desirable but can be be provided.
You will liaise with the Admin lead to input rota and monitor the various caseloads.
