An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Cardiac Cath Lab and Day Ward at Castle Hill Hospital.

Main duties of the job

The post holder is responsible for ensuring the effective management of the department and the cardiac 5 day ward over the 24-hour period. They will provide clinical and managerial leadership to the cath lab team. They will supervise the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care ensuring that all corporate standards are maintained and measured. The post holder will be responsible for the deployment and supervision of staff. The post holder will provide leadership for the cath labs and cardiac 5 day ward.
