Job summary

HUTH invites all current 3rd year student nurses to apply for our pre registration nurse position. This unique exciting opportunity allows you to be employed as a band 2 for up to 3 months until you obtain your NMC pin number when you would then start your band 5 registered role.

In HUTH we also support place of First Employment (PFE) towards the end of final placement (pre-registration nursing).

We have an new Preceptorship programme and recently been awarded National Preceptorship for Nursing Quality Mark. We have dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator's who are able to offer commitment to support your personal and professional development.

Main duties of the job

We are seeking highly motivated and forward thinking individuals to join our trust.

Good communication and teamwork are essential skills for the role with the ability to be flexible within different working environments.

Once a registered nurse, the successful candidate will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care during their span of duty, caring for patients within your chosen specialty.To succeed you must be committed to the delivery of high quality patient care and be able to work effectively and efficiently within a busy environment. You must also possess strong decision making skills, high level of communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
