Job summary
This exciting opportunity will see you working within a small but dynamic Business Analysis and Change Team. The team works with clinical, operational and corporate colleagues across the trust to identify, plan and undertake digital improvement projects, utilising appropriate improvement techniques.
We are looking for an experienced candidate who has a proven track record in Business Analysis within a digital environment, working with teams from design to implementation and possessing the skills to get stuck straight into our challenging programme. This will include supporting business process design and the planning of change management across the trust. We would also welcome applications from colleagues that have experience of working with clinical and corporate services where there is evidence that the candidate has led service/process improvements that have required attention to detail and a logical approach towards problem solving.
Main duties of the job
You will have a full understanding of the Business Analysis framework as well as recognised improvement tools, techniques and methodologies as well as a working knowledge of project management in practice.
You will be able to support teams and individuals in the organisation to develop their vision for their future state designs, associated requirements, and specifications and to develop plans that support them to realise the benefits and embedding the change.
You will use your knowledge and engagement skills to gain understanding of clinical pathways and operational processes to assist clinicians, senior managers and other stakeholders in taking maximum advantage of electronic clinical systems.
