WORKING WITHIN CENTRALISED OPD ADMIN TEAM AS CLERICAL & RECEPTIONIST

GREETING PATIENTS FACE TO FACE

ANSWERING TELEPHONE

MAKING FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS

DEALING WITH WARD REQUESTS

Main duties of the job

Greeting patients face to face and via the telephone. Dealing with the answerphone and emails. Making follow up appointments. Assisting with ward requests in a timely manner. Liaising with GP's, Consultants, Clinicians, Holme House Prison queries.
