Job summary
Due to increased demand in service a new role of Senior Infrastructure Architect has been created within the IT Service Management team. This additional role will primarily be responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating services to fit within existing systems infrastructure including Server, Storage, Telephony and Networking.

Main duties of the job
Leading a team of subject matter experts you will take ownership of the development, and introduction of IT infrastructure. Ensuring correct levels of documentation are produced, and relevant approvals are sort, before compiling and presenting proposals to maximize current investment and ensure any new investment is inline with both Trust and industry strategies.
In depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technology stacks is essential, specifically Microsoft Azure, Cisco networking and Firewalls, Unify telephony, VMware virtualization and IBM storage.
