This is a great opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join City West Adult Community Mental Health Team, who support mental health patients who are referred via GP's through the mental health central access point (CAP).

Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be able to always demonstrate the LPT Trust values in the workplace, making use of the trust resources that are at your disposal, whilst following any necessary operating procedures and risk assessments following the completion of all of the trusts local inductions and training requirements.
Administration assistants will also ensure that all patient and staff records are kept up to date and within policy and procedures. Utilising several information systems to do so in accordance to the GDPR regulations and local standard operating procedures.
Main roles include undertaking general office duties, such as assisting visitors, answering phone calls, filing, scanning and photocopying as well as taking notes in various meetings, with use of Microsoft Office software.
