Main duties of the job
The Workforce Systems Team is looking for someone to join our team based in Leicester. We want someone who is passionate about electronic systems, with experience of designing and delivering training, can deliver excellent customer care through user support and can facilitate change management. The role of the team is to improve productivity in clinical services by implementing electronic rostering at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. To do this we use multiple information systems including ESR, HealthRoster, BankStaff, Learning Management systems plus other bespoke databases. We work closely with HR colleagues, finance, operational managers and ward matrons to ensure we can improve productivity of clinical staff.
