We are looking for 2 highly motivated and enthusiastic Health Visitors or School Nurses to join our excellent team of 0-19 Team Leaders across Staffordshire. You will need to be enthusiastic, experienced, skilled and dynamic to join the team in clinically leading and managing the 0-19 service across either the Cannock district team as a full time position or the South Staffordshire district team as a job share opportunity with the existing Team Leader.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Health Visitor or School Nurse who wants to move into an operational leadership role. We want you to be passionate about the care families receive to enable children and young people to reach their best outcomes, supporting the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme (0-19). The Families' Health and Wellbeing Service offers an integrated, flexible and family focused service providing high quality, compassionate personalised support and care to Children and Young People across Staffordshire.

Cannock District 0-19 team 1 WTE (37.5hrs pw) based at Norton canes HC, WS11 9QA

South Staffs District 0-19 team 0.5 WTE (18.75 hrs pw) job share based at Codsall HC, WV8 1BZ

Main duties of the job

You will provide daily advice and support to a fantastic and dedicated 0-19 team of professionals delivering the Healthy Child Programme. You must excel in communication and interpersonal skills and be able to influence and lead others, manage your workload and support colleagues. You will lead a team delivering the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme for a varied, unique and diverse population, in supportive skill mix teams, working closely with our partner agencies across health, social care and the local authority.
