This role will oversee the delivery of the operational transformation plans for the Adult Learning Disability Service's Fit for the Future Programme. Leading the Programme to identify, implement, and operationalise service priorities and future models of care.All work is to be co-produced with our communities and our colleagues.
The successful candidate will be working closely with operational managers, professional leads, clinical leads, project management offices and wider system partners to support operational planning, implementation, training and delivery of the Fit for the Future Programme. Taking the lead on implementation of new processes and pathways, using quality improvement methodology to undertake service improvements.
Main duties of the job
- Coordinate and deliver operational transformation project using quality improvement methodology.
- To work closely with the CLDT's senior leadership team and identified leads in each service area in supporting the development of effective operational improvement initiatives and structuring progress delivery.
- Work with the senior leadership team to problem solve and determine remedial actions as required.
- To enable the sharing of workforce development and best practice pathways to increase the knowledge, skills and competencies of staff to deliver transformation.
- To act as the single point of contact to ensure regular updates, evidence of best practice or changes applicable to the Fit for the Future Programme are communicated appropriately.
- Support the senior leadership team with review and updating of policies, SOPs and business continuity plans as required.
- To build strong and productive professional networks across all agencies.
- To build effective working alliances with external stakeholders and partners to support the overall strategic objectives, attending stakeholder meetings, conferences or focus groups to enhance this and ensure that the Fit for the Future Programme is implemented as required.
- To manage, develop, monitor and evaluate engagement and outcomes achieved within the services to ensure best practice is shared regionally and nationally giving service users the best and most effective routes to treatment.
