Abdominal Medicine and Surgery (AMS) is the largest and most complex CSU at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (LTHT). We provide acute and elective inpatient services, diagnostic services, see large numbers of outpatients and deliver life-long care. We have 14 inpatient ward areas located in Lincoln Wing and Bexley Wing at St Jamess Hospital, endoscopy units across three sites and 7 satellite dialysis units across West Yorkshire. As a CSU we want to recruit enthusiastic, motivated and passionate people who share our commitment to provide excellent patient centred care and experience.

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Renal Dialysis team. You will be a Registered Adult Nurse with current NMC registration and will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care to patients with chronic kidney disease. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating individualised programmes of care while building positive relationships with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team through excellent communication and compassion.

You will be able to organise and prioritise your workload within a busy clinical environment, work collaboratively with colleagues to provide the highest standards of care, and promote evidence-based practice to continually improve patient outcomes. You will also support the learning and development of students and junior colleagues, demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development, and be motivated, reliable and dedicated to delivering excellent care in line with the Trust's values.
