Job summary
Thank you for your interest in the role of Director of Estates, Facilities and Capital Projects of Homerton Healthcare.
We are looking for a Director of Estates, Facilities and Capital Projects who will help us build on that success both delivering the highest quality acute and community services to our local area and playing a full role in the wider development of services in north east London.
Our people across the Trust are critical to the success of the Trust. We have a strong and stable leadership team and a culture in which everybody at every level works together to ensure the very best for our patients. We are looking for a leader who will further embed an inclusive and supportive culture that makes working for Homerton Healthcare a positive experience for everyone.
Main duties of the job
The Director of Estates, Facilities and Capital Projects role will need to respond to and work within the new collaborative structure and system focus within the NHS and the wider social care system. There is a long record of close partnership in City and Hackney between Homerton, the Mental Health Trust, primary care and the local authorities and the anticipated changes across the NHS will continue to place a strong emphasis on such an approach.
As an established or aspirant Director of Estates, Facilities, and Capital Projects, you will have vision and the ability to engage with key individuals at the most senior level. You will have the communication skills to influence and win trust through a value driven approach, whilst developing, leading, and delivering the estate strategy for Homerton.
We believe that a diverse senior leadership team makes better decisions and ensures better outcomes, so we welcome people from under-represented groups to apply for this opportunity.
