Job summary
We have an opportunity in the North CMHT Walsall for a Community Mental Health Nurse
As a CPN you will be responsible for- Assisting in complex health assessments as appropriate and plan relevant care in partnership with service users e.g. Specialist assessment of complex nursing needs- Developing, implementing and evaluating care plans in conjunction with service users, carers and other professionals which reflect individual need.You will be able to work independently and as part of an established team, prioritizing your workload as necessary. You will have an empathetic approach to clients and carers and possess highly developed communication skills.
The team is committed to providing safe, sound and supportive services. You will receive regular supervision, with opportunities to develop clinical and professional practice in line with service user needs and organizational values
