We provide essential mental health services to children and adolescents across the North of Oxfordshire, and we are seeking an Administrator to support our clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support, ensuring smooth communication with young people, families, and the various agencies we collaborate with.This role is crucial in helping vulnerable young people access our services and ensuring the highest quality of service for our service users and their families.

This role is based at the Orchard Health Centre in Banbury and is Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Main duties of the job

As the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and service users, your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and a warm, friendly manner. Strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks, and working efficiently under pressure are essential.

You will work closely with our administration team to support the clinicians in delivering high-quality service. Your responsibilities will include answering calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members, and providing essential administrative and secretarial support.

In addition, you will actively participate in team meetings and activities to help improve and streamline processes within the CAMHS service. Other office duties will include photocopying, scanning documents, and handling mail distribution.

A key part of the role will be maintaining attention to detail, particularly when managing data security and confidentiality. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating databases, collecting and inputting team activity data, and reporting information when needed.
