INTERNAL ONLY TO NORTH CUMBRIA INTEGRATED CARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST (NCIC) EMPLOYEES
This is an exciting opportunity for a current band 7 therapy clinical lead (OT/PT) to join the MATCH team as the Lead Therapist supporting the triaging and assessment of the patients coming through the MATCH hub.
The hours are 10-6 Monday- Friday with the base currently being at Wigton (TBC)
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will be a key senior leader within NCIC, responsible for driving high standards of clinical practice, professional development, and service improvement across the community collaborative. They will lead initiatives to embed evidence-based care, support education and research, and ensure alignment with the Trust's clinical priorities and national strategies.
They will provide expert clinical guidance, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and champion equality, diversity, and inclusion. Working closely with clinical and managerial colleagues, they will lead practice development initiatives that enhance staff experience, promote multidisciplinary teamwork, and improve outcomes for patients.
