Support a Culture of Inclusion and Positive Staff Experience at NSFT
Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about making a difference? NSFT is seeking a Team Administrator to provide efficient and confidential support to our Inclusion, Equity, and Staff Experience teams. This is a varied and rewarding role, helping to coordinate meetings, events, communications, and project activities that contribute to a more inclusive and positive working environment across the Trust.
About this role:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including diary management, meeting planning, minute-taking, and maintaining digital filing systems.
- Assist with the coordination of projects, events, and campaigns that promote inclusion and staff engagement.
- Liaise with staff networks, managers, and colleagues to support the smooth running of team processes and activities.
- Help prepare reports, track project progress, and manage information in line with Trust policies.
- Support internal communications, including newsletters, posters, and intranet content.
- Contribute to the organisation of staff engagement events, feedback exercises, and inclusion campaigns.
Main duties of the job
What We're Looking For
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
- Experience in a busy administrative or team support role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office and digital tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
- Friendly, proactive, and professional approach.
