Main duties of the job

What You'll Do:

  • Assess individual care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate tailored care programmes
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards by setting and upholding quality care practices
  • Collaborate with ward management to support smooth patient flow and monitor performance to improve service delivery
  • Work within the NMC code of practice and professional guidelines, ensuring your practice remains safe, ethical, and up-to-date
  • Deliver expert, competent care--including technical, invasive, and physical procedures--for a specific patient group, working seamlessly within the multidisciplinary team
