Job summary
We are looking for a Team Leader for our Digital Fulfilment Team, you'll have the responsibility of ensuring seamless access to digital resources for our colleagues. Whether it's their first day with the Trust, a role change, or simply a request for new resources, you'll lead your team in providing prompt and straightforward solutions.
Your role involves understanding the demands placed on our team, including their type, frequency, and nature, and measuring our efficiency in addressing them. Utilising this data, you'll guide your team in enhancing the user experience of our IT services by addressing any barriers to excellent performance.
Main duties of the job
Lost time in front line care delivery causes operational inefficiency, creates risk, and can impact patient safety, so making sure that our clinical, support and administrative colleagues have access to the systems, equipment and information they need in order to work effectively and efficiently is the most critical aspect of our Digital service.
Your main objective is to grasp the demand for our services and analyse our response to it. With your team, you'll be empowered to optimise workflow, enhance user experience, and drive operational efficiency. By taking proactive measures to refine how we operate, you'll ensure that our Digital services meet the evolving needs of our users while maximising efficiency across the board.
