Job summary

You will be required to provide admin support to the transport and warehouse department with various admin tasks including taking telephone calls, Liaising with clients and staff members, Data Entry, Filing and other admin duties.

You will ensure documentation is scanned into our system in a timely manner, collate and send delivery notes to relevant departments, process incoming and outgoing emails.

At times you will be required to cover Transport Scheduling so knowledge of local areas would be an advantage. This includes inputting jobs onto Transport Scheduling System, Call Handling, Leasing with Trust Approved Taxi Providers and Allocating workload to drivers.
