Qualifications

Essential

• Full GMC Registration
• Entry on GMC Specialist Register. CCT/CESR for Dermatology - or date within 6months of appointment

Desirable

• Relevant fellowships

Teaching & Training Experience

Essential

• Experience/Interest teaching
• Training the Trainers Course

Desirable

• Other Teaching skill Courses or qualifications

Management & Administrative Experience

Essential

• Demonstrate use of Clinical Audit within the Service
• Demonstrate use of evidence based practice

Desirable

• Relevant experience in undertaking and organisation of audit
• Research and publications relevant to post

Personal Attributes

Essential

• Understand importance of management skills
• Ability to integrate within, motivate and provide professional lead in multidisciplinary team

Desirable

• Experience in service development
