Job summary
The role of the Customer Service Advisor is to provide efficient, effective and professional support to the Trust IT users through the IT Service Desk. This can be a range of IT related incidents from password resets to equipment not working.
Main duties of the job
- Liaising with customers over the phone, email and in person
- Assigning calls that come into the Service desk to the appropriate person within the team
- Identify and alert management to potential problems in the IM&T infrastructure
- Repair and maintenance of the Trust equipment
- Monitor stock levels of equipment
- Maintain IT records, filling systems and databases
