The post holder will be part of the Commercial Research Delivery Centre team, ensuring the safe delivery of studies to time and to target both in CFT and Primary care throughout Cornwall. The role will involve undertaking study related procedures as appropriate and the assessment, planning and on-going care of research participants throughout the duration of the studies.

Main duties of the job

o Proactively and positively contribute to the achievement of clinical research outcomes through individual and team effort. Manage the patient's research experience and control risks.o Provide line management for designated junior research colleagues and other appropriate research staff.o Work as part of the multidisciplinary team and contribute to the on-going development of the department.o Increase patient recruitment opportunity and retention into clinical trials/research studies.o Facilitate and maintain effective communication within the research team and between the multidisciplinary team.
