Job summary
We are looking for candidates to join our Clinical Engineering team, and support the effective adoption, deployment, maintenance and use of medical devices.
The post holder will assist with medical device management across the Trust by contributing to a range of activities that include optimalprocurement, device training, maintenance management, safety, associated assurance measures and record keeping. We are especially lookingfor candidates with strong analytical skills, who are able to apply these in various contexts, to draw insights from data.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work to meet the technical, operational and administrative challenges posed by varied nature of our customer requests; inparticular, supporting the delivery of the Medical Equipment Management Capital Programme, service contracts management and data qualityimprovement. This means using ingenuity, problem-solving and communication skills, alongside technical understanding, to deliver thetechnologies that often define services in our Trust.
The role requires reflexibility to work across a number of workstreams as dictated by thedemands on the service; and as a result this creates exposure to a number of development opportunities.
The candidates we seek will be qualified to degree or equivalent level in a relevant subject, with previous experience demonstrating responsibilityfor a project, procurement, service element or small team.
