Job summary
Guys and St Thomas Sexual and Reproductive Health Services are looking for a dynamic experienced nurse to fill a permanent full-time Clinic Sister / Charge nurse position. The will be based within the already well established teams across our 3 sites in Lambeth and Southwark providing level 3 Sexual and Reproductive health services 7 days a week. The successful applicant would be in charge of the daily operational running of all 3 sites in our portfolio including Burrell Street and Walworth Road and Streatham Hill Clinics .

Main duties of the job
Experience of working as an autonomous clinician at minimum band 6 level in an SRH setting would be essential. The post holder is required to have management experience as a Deputy Sister or similar. The skills required are:
- Recent practice within an SRH setting and willing to further up skill within a set time frame to practice at band 7 level, which include managing complex symptomatic patients, Bi-manuals, proctoscopy, PEP and PrEP management (time allowing).
- Contraception trained and able to fit and remove contraceptive implants as essential and desirable to be a trained IUD fitter or willing to gain this competency (time allowing).
- Have good IT and organisational skills.
