Job summary
The role is an exciting opportunity for a medical oncologist with an interest and experience in lung cancer, gynaecology and AOS (Acute Oncology Service) to join an innovative and dynamic team of consultants, specialty doctors and advanced nurse practitioners in the Medical Oncology Service at University Hospital Southampton (UHS) and Salisbury District Hospital.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT YOULL DO
Clinical duties would include management of toxicities of cancer treatments, symptoms of cancer and providing an outreach service to the rest of the hospital giving advice for patients with newly diagnosed cancer.
You will be responsible for outpatient and inpatient management of patients with lung cancer, gynaecological cancers and support the Acute Oncology Service, with scope for involvement in clinical research and service development. Working at Southampton General Hospital and Salisbury District Hospital will provide a unique experience to care for a variety of patients.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
