We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Administrator to join our welcoming team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a senior Compliance Administrator, focusing on ensuring compliance and accuracy in invoicing processes.*This vacancy may close early upon receipt of sufficient applications.
Main duties of the job
The Compliance Administrator will work within the Bank Lead Nurse Team alongside a Band 3 Compliance Administrator, with a focus on compliance and invoicing. As a Compliance Administrator they will be the first point of contact in auditing all agency invoices. They will also work in partnership with the already existing Compliance Administrator to ensure our Bank and Agency staff are compliant and safe to work within our organisation. They will also support the Bank Lead Nurse Team with all administrative duties, as required by the other members of the team, to support the service as a whole.

Build a good working relationship the B3 Compliance Administrators.
Building a good working relationship with the Bank Clinical lead to support in the clinical compliance of agency and bank staff.
- Building and maintaining close working relationships with the wider team to enable a successful working environment.
- Work closely with finance, counter fraud and temporary staffing, providing weekly/monthly data.
- Work closely with the digital team to ensure agency staff are compliant with digital access prior to working
- Work closely with Bank workers to ensure they are compliant to work within the organisation, with a focus on training compliance.
- Communicate effectively with the wider people services team and trust, ensure that cross team working arrangements remain effective.
- Build a good working relationship with agencies.

- Work closely with the temporary staffing, rostering leads & the wider Trust to identify invoicing issues.
- Work closely with Workforce, ERostering and payroll to ensure the systems are accurate and current.
- Act upon data analysis of evolving temporary staffing requirement passed down by the temporary staffing manager accurately and in a timely manner. Manage the working day in an organised and prioritised manner, escalating any financial or clinical safety related issues to line managers.
- Support the compliance team in auditing any new agency starters in line with Framework requirements.
- Escalate and report any invoicing issues identified to the relevant recruitment agencies.
- Assist with the management of bank colleagues.
