Job summary
Applications are invited for the position of Cleaner.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual who can work flexibly in order to maintain cleaning and maintenance of the Frank Lee Centre and Pemberton House.
Between Monday and Friday, a 4.30am start may be required.
Main duties of the job
- To ensure that a high quality of cleanliness is maintained throughout the centre
- To ensure that stocks of cleaning materials are replenished on a regular basis to perform cleaning duties.
- To undertake maintenance tasks within capabilities and / or report any defects to the manager on duty at the earliest opportunity.
- To be aware of the responsibilities of all employees and maintain a safe and healthy environment for customers and colleagues.
- The post holder must at all times carry out their duties with regards to the Trusts policies and procedures including the Equal Opportunities.
- To carry out all duties as outlined on the centre cleaning specification (available during recruitment process if requested).
- To ensure maintenance of good relationships, communication and team work with all disciplines.
