We are seeking a motivated, confident Emergency Department ACP to join our dynamic ED team and deliver highquality, seniorlevel emergency care.
Main duties of the job
As an ED ACP, you will:
Independently assess, diagnose, treat, and discharge patients presenting with undifferentiated illness and injury
Request, interpret, and act on investigations including pathology and imaging
Make autonomous clinical decisions within agreed scope of practice
Work collaboratively with consultants, medical staff, and the wider MDT
Support flow, patient safety, and quality improvement in a fast-paced environment
Provide leadership, education, and support to junior staff
