Job summary
"We are seeking an experienced IT Business Relationship & Change Manager to join our ICT Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality business support that underpins all activities within the IM&T Department. This role involves managing the implementation of project and ICT-related change programmes, leading changes in approach, systems, and processes, and ensuring that all transformation projects adhere to a strict change control process.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:Deliver a client-focused service that promotes excellent customer service and good working relationships.Manage all problems and changes within an ITIL-based framework, including new business planning, Change Advisory Board (CAB), and the production of management information.Oversee the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and assess the impact of transformation projects on service delivery.Plan, monitor, and record software license and hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.Communicate effectively with a range of internal and external staff, maintaining a professional demeanor and delivering client-focused support in line with Trust values.Lead and motivate a team, ensuring high standards of service delivery and staff development.
