We are recruiting a People & Culture Project Support Officer to join the Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust. In this role, you'll have the unique chance to rotate across different teams within the Directorate, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of areas while building your skills and confidence.
As a key member of the team, you will provide high-level project and administrative support, helping to plan, coordinate, and deliver initiatives that make a real difference to our people. You'll act as the first point of contact for staff, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across the Directorate. Acting as a central point of contact, you will liaise with stakeholders, manage project documentation, and contribute to service improvements.
Main duties of the job
This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, highly organised, and eager to learn. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work. To succeed, you should bring some experience of working in HR, have undertaken HR-related activities in a previous role, or have studied a qualification that included a HR module. These experiences will help you hit the ground running and make the most of this unique development opportunity.
