Radiotherapy Physics Medical Physicist Apprenticeship Radiotherapy Physics specialising in Radiotherapy Treatment Planning and Mould Room
We\'re pleased to announce this exciting opportunity to join our friendly, dedicated Radiotherapy Physics team as an Apprentice Medical Physics Technologist. The post is based at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, part of Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This trust is renowned for research and innovation and provides services for more than 615,000 people covering more than 2000 miles across Devon.
The appointee will operate as part of our Treatment Planning and Mould Room teams. The main duties are the preparation of CT scan data and creation of clinical radiotherapy treatment plans, and to assist in the production of immobilisation and dose delivery devices and equipment. It offers the opportunity for a rewarding and varied career. You will work alongside and be supported by a team of experienced Radiotherapy Physics staff including Dosimetrists, Physicists and Clinical Technicians.
