Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner to provide autonomous clinical care to patients across a broad range of acute and chronic conditions; a respiratory background would be preferred. This is an exciting opportunity to work across both sites as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Our two practices, who are based within the same building, on the same floor, and share the waiting area, serve a diverse patient population and have a strong focus on proactive, preventative care. We work closely together to share resources, improve access, and deliver consistent, high standards of care across both sites. Our teams are well-established, forward-thinking, and committed to continuous improvement.
