Executive Assistant to the People & Culture Director Hours: 37.5 per week Salary: £34,653 per annum with biennial increments Location: Central Office Cheadle/Hybrid Working

Main duties of the job

We have an exciting opportunity to join our central office, providing professional and efficient support to the People and Culture Director we prepare for our new 5-year strategy. We deliver life-changing care, support and education across the Northwest, helping people lead happy, fulfilled lives.

Key responsibilities

Supporting project management by tracking deadlines

Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Analysing data and compiling insights into reports and presentation

Managing the Directors calendar and travel

Preparing meeting documents, and taking minutes.

Adopt a growth mindset and seek ongoing development.

We are looking for someone

Level 4 business-related qualification

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong computer literacy (including Excel and PowerPoint)

Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively

You will be joining at an exciting time of change and evolution as we prepare for our new 5-year organisational strategy. We deliver life-changing care, support and education to thousands of people across the Northwest so they can lead the happy, fulfilled lives they deserve.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Supporting with project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed in time.

  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Undertaking analysis of data, extracting insights from reports and compiling into presentations and other documents.
  • Managing the People & Culture Directors calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Preparing and organising documents for meetings including agendas and presentations. Taking minutes during meetings and distributing to relevant parties.
  • Adopting a growth mindset, identifying opportunities for personal development.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Qualification level 4 or above in a business-related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can produce reports
  • Excellent organisational skills. Can negotiate and prioritise to meet needs.
  • Good level of computer literacy including all Microsoft Office Applications and competent user of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload.
