Main duties of the job

The role of Management Accountant at IC24 requires a qualified accountant who can translate financial data into meaningful insights. The position involves providing financial leadership and supporting operational and strategic decision-making. The role will include producing monthly management accounts, leading budgeting and forecasting activities, and supporting business performance through financial analysis. You'll work closely with Finance Business Partners and senior stakeholders, and you will be responsible for managing the Junior Management Accountant team and developing financial processes. Key responsibilities include partnering with operational leaders for informed decision-making, identifying process improvements, supporting finance systems enhancement, and managing junior team members.
