Are you a creative and confident communicator, passionate about connecting people and bringing organisational culture to life?
We're looking for an Internal Communications Officer to join our small, collaborative Internal Communications team at BPAS. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in engaging and informing colleagues across our 1,000-strong workforce from clinic teams to home-based staff.
At BPAS, we believe that great internal communication is the foundation of a well-connected, motivated, and supported organisation. You'll help shape how our people hear about what matters from strategic updates to local success stories using a mix of digital and print channels, events, video, and more.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where creativity and attention to detail go hand in hand. You'll be involved in everything from writing engaging copywriting for our intranet and staff app, to supporting events, and creating video content that brings our messages to life. You'll also help promote internal initiatives and gather staff feedback through surveys and polls.
This role is working from home for 36 hours per week over Monday to Friday. You will travel to our Head Office in Leamington Spa typically once a month. Travel to other BPAS units may be required occasionally for events and training.

- Write and edit copy for a range of internal channels including the intranet, newsletters, and staff app
- Support planning and delivery of virtual and in-person staff events
- Produce engaging visual content such as posters, short videos, and infographics
- Maintain internal communication schedules, including quarterly print packs for clinics
- Support the promotion of staff engagement activities such as the annual People Survey and pulse polls
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to find and share stories, celebrate achievements, and build internal visibility
About you
We're looking for someone who is confident, creative, and organised someone who understands how thoughtful communication can shape employee experience and strengthen organisational culture.
You'll have excellent copywriting skills and know how to write for different formats and audiences. You'll also bring energy and fresh ideas for how we share news, celebrate our teams, and connect people across locations.
We are also looking for:
- Experience in internal communications, employee engagement, PR, media, or a related field
- Experience using tools such as intranet platforms, internal newsletters, or staff apps
