We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Navigator (Children & Young People) based in Halifax and Leeds, on a full-time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £38,860 £42,390 per annum.

What you'll do as our Clinical Navigator:
- Screen referrals for clinical risk and safeguarding concerns, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to colleagues, families, and professionals
- Collaborate with partners to ensure children and young people are connected with the right support
What you'll bring as our Clinical Navigator:
- A relevant professional or therapeutic qualification
- Experience of working therapeutically with children and young people in a CAMHS or similar setting
- Strong risk-assessment, safeguarding, and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and consultation skills with families and professionals
- Confidence in managing and recording information digitally in line with data protection
- A collaborative, inclusive mindset aligned with Northpoint's values
