  • GCSEs grade9 to 4(A to C)in Maths and English, or Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English, or equivalent
  • Ability to undertake academic study at higher level (level 5)
  • You must be a UK citizen or hold evidence of right to work in the UK until the end of the course (September 2025)

Main duties of the job

  • Deliver high quality, compassionate care under the direction of the nursing team and mentor
  • Work as part of a designated clinical and care team delivering care that focuses on the direct needs of the individual
  • Carry out specific delegated clinical and care tasks and responsibilities to a high standard and competency, under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse or other registered care professional, dependent on setting.
  • ***The successful candidate will join a 2 year trainee nursing associate apprenticeship, attending university classes and undertaking a range of different placements during paid working hours. At the end you will achieve a foundation degree and become a Registered Nursing Associate. Course fees will be paid on your behalf.***
