Main duties of the job

Drive Sales: Hit targets by sorting, pricing, and displaying donations with style. Lead the Team: Inspire and support volunteers, and step in as a keyholder. Deliver Service: Create a fantastic shopping experience for customers and donors. Stay Organised: Keep the shop clean, safe, and running smoothly. Be a Local Hero: Build community ties and promote St Lukes amazing work.
