Job summary

Church Street Partnership are looking for a salaried GP to join our team for 4-6 sessions a week, with a view to partnership.

We offer 15-minute face to face consultations and have a GP Trainer on site, hosting ST trainees. We embrace new technologies and innovations to support accessible, high-quality care.

Main duties of the job

We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Salaried GP to join our progressive team at Church Street Partnership. You will be working 4-6 sessions per week, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a supportive and innovative environment.

All applicants should have the following qualifications:

  • Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
  • Annual appraisal and revalidation (when appropriate)

  • Be on the NHSE medical performers list Good understanding and experience of chronic disease management, and primary prevention and screening services;
  • Ability to take responsibility for your own career development, learning and performance and are responsible for ensuring that all your mandatory training is in date;
  • Awareness of and compliance with all relevant practice policies and guidelines, e.g. prescribing, confidentiality, data protection, health and safety;
  • Commitment to life-long learning and audit to ensure evidence-based best practice;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a confidential manner.
